Design For Web
We design websites for small businesses and ecommerce companies.
Design For Print
We design magazines, brochures, catalogues and company newsletters.
Design For Social
We design and curate social media channels, including Instagram grids.
Design For Music
We design artwork packages for music releases on CD, vinyl and digital.
Design For Products
We design realistic digital pack shots when imagery is needed before a product is produced.
Design For Video
We design and edit promotional clips such as company overviews and social media videos.

January was a significant month as it brought new things to the business, thanks mainly to @thatnathan.as with hand-drawn digital illustrations for the first time. We also launched a blog featuring Divi WordPress design tips.

12 posts highlighting 12 months of things we`ve done or posted about.... starting with March, for reasons that will become clear when the grid takes shape.
In March, the first Toyah album reissue of 2023 was announced. This one was a special design because it never had a proper front cover before, so this was designed from scratch using unseen images.

DESIGN FOR KEEPS
This was very long post with lots of tagged people but Instagram glitched and I lost it. So here`s the gist.
Today, me (@alansawyers) and @thatnathan.as went over to @thehubconsett as @nicolajaynelittle was handing over @mintbizclub to Liza Johnson, @the.businessenthusiast .
Nicola and MINT have helped me and so many other business owners over the past seven years and @gavinforstercommercial has been capturing these #MomentsINTime along the way.
I probably have more individual files of Gav`s photos on my work drive than my own artwork (maybes not). And I saw an opportunity to do something with them.
So with the help of @laurajaynedesigns we put together a book that Nicola can keep forever, documenting these moments, all by Gav apart from a centre spread of candid phone shots and a selfie of him & Nic.
This body of work represent the hundreds of business owners Nicola has trained, encouraged, mentored and kicked up the arse over the years.
"The Nicola Show" is what Nic refers to as the reason she can no longer run MINT on her own, so now it`s officially "The Liza Show".

HAPPY/SAD
Today is the first day that our client Clean Bean will be closed forever, after serving its last orders yesterday.
We`ve worked with Linda and the Clean Bean team since the very beginning of lockdown, and have seen the business and its owners and staff go through some very difficult times, whilst always managing to stay on top as the #1 restaurant in Seaham.
But it`s also the start of a brand new chapter for Linda, who had been looking to sell up and move on for some time... and she also tells us that the team all have new jobs to go to.

F**K IT OFF!?
That`s what we agreed in the office today.
Sometimes we have to be prepared to admit when we need a break, even if it`s a few hours to just NOT be in the office.
So this afternoon me (@alansawyers), @thatnathan.as and @nicosawyers - each for different reasons - finished everything that needed to be done and went home.
Now I`m sat catching up with an alternative office companion and tomorrow Nathan and I will get way more done when we`re in a better frame of mind than if we`d stayed at work today.
